This page explains what happens to the details you leave on the REACH waitlist. It is written to be read, not to cover us.
What we collect
Your email address, the language you visited the page in, which form you sent it from, and whether you asked to hear about the phone release. Nothing else. No tracking cookies, no third-party trackers, no advertising profiles.
What we use it for
To write to you once, on the day REACH opens. If you asked about the phone release, on that day too. No newsletter, and your address goes to nobody else.
Legal basis and retention
We process your address on the basis of the consent you give by ticking the box on the form. We keep it until launch or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Where it is stored
In a database hosted on Supabase, restricted to inserts: the public key this website uses cannot read the list. Transmission is encrypted with TLS.
Your rights
- Access the data we hold about you.
- Correct it if it is wrong.
- Ask for its deletion, which here means removing your address from the list.
- Withdraw your consent at any time.
- Complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency, or your own supervisory authority, if you believe we have fallen short.
To exercise any of them, write to the contact address in the legal notice.
