“I block my computer, then pick up my phone without thinking.”
How to stop switching to your phone when you need to focus
Use the same focus mode on each device. Prepare its lists and schedule once, then activate it for the session. With an account, REACH syncs modes, blocklists, and session state, and can turn a mode on or off across your other devices. The same mode can run on your phone, so moving away from your computer does not end the block.
REACH keeps the same focus mode active when you change screens. Join the waitlist and we will email you when REACH is available to install.

Use the same mode on every device
Separate timers make you start and maintain a session on each device. A shared mode keeps the same state throughout the session.
With an account, REACH syncs modes, blocklists, and session state. It can also turn that mode on or off across associated devices, so changing screens does not reset the session.
Why a desktop block is not enough
Blocking a site on your laptop can push the same habit onto your phone, while a mobile-only tool leaves the computer open. Different limits on each device create the gap.
Schedules work best when the lists and session state match. Otherwise, each device needs separate upkeep, and a difference between them can leave another way out.
How REACH works across screens
REACH uses Supabase accounts to keep modes, lists, and session state aligned between desktop and phone. Without an account, the Windows app remains fully usable with local JSON data.
A local mode stays on one computer. An account lets the phone and computer share the same session.
When this approach falls short
Choose another option if you need a finished mobile blocker today or administrator protection against closing REACH and changing its settings.
REACH may suit people willing to try a free beta where the same session continues when work moves from computer to phone.
